We hope you’ll be completely delighted with your Space NK order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re happy to offer free refunds, exchanges or replacements. Products must be returned to us within 28 days, in unopened, unused or lightly used condition. Please note, that this does not include Sale items.
- Online and mail order returns
If you’ve bought something online or via mail order, it can only be returned or exchanged via the website.
- Sale items
All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. The website and stores are NOT able to accept returns or exchanges on sale items. We do not make price adjustments for products purchased on Sale
Please follow the below steps to return your item:
- Email Customer Services
Please email our Customer Services Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, contact information and reason for return or exchange.
- Return your package by recorded delivery
Upon authorization of your return request, please use the pre-paid shipping label provided by Customer Services. Please return your item to us by recorded delivery (you can do this at your local post office or UPS center). Please keep your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage. Make sure your items are wrapped securely, preferably in the same outer packaging you received them in.
- We’ll be in touch within 4-5 working days of receipt of your package with your refund, replacement or exchange details
Once we’ve got your items, we’ll check them and process the return as quickly as possible. For refunds, we’ll reimburse you using your original payment method within 4-5 business days. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for processing.
- Please note that we can’t refund delivery/ shipping charges.
In addition to our Returns policy, you have the legal right to cancel your order within three working days from receipt – simply send us a notice of cancellation in writing, and, if you have already received your package, return it unopened. Opened packages will not be accepted. Where items are delivered to a third party, you can also exercise this right, as long as the aforementioned conditions are met.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
